Ocean Spring Grand Metropark Hotel

The decoration is also quite old, the atmosphere is very warm, the hygiene is OK, the service is very good, the parent-child room I booked is enough for 2 children to sleep. The hotel is very close to the Mysterious Island and the Ocean Hot Spring, just a few minutes' walk away, and unlimited entry and exit to the scenic area. It is very user-friendly that you can enter the Mysterious Island after checking out. However, it is a pity that the big projects in the Mysterious Island, such as the roller coaster and rapids, are not open. The little one, who is 5 years old, is still very happy to play small games such as carousels, rotating cups, excavators, and non-powered facilities. The older one, who is 12 years old, feels bored 😂The hot spring should be a real hot spring, right by the sea, with beautiful scenery, and many outdoor pools with unique styles. The experience is good, the geothermal kang is hot enough and very comfortable, and the service is in place. Basically, there are many clean large towels and ginger tea by each large pool. I plan to bring my parents to experience the Ocean Hot Spring next time.

房間雖顯舊但設施齊、衞生乾淨、晚上的夜景不錯；温泉：池多人少；歺廳環境好對着大海、品種多；管家U U有問必答，其他服務員也很熱情，很滿意的一次旅遊👍

温泉很棒，酒店管家阿茹的服務也很細心周到，好評！

周邊環境比較好，可以看到日落，很美，帶小朋友在神祕島也玩的比較開心，唯一就是酒店裝修太老了

為什麼遊樂場好多不開 還一樣的收門票

去的時候天氣比較冷，有些温泉温度不高，泡着也會覺得冷，房間殘舊有灰塵。 小孩摔破嘴了一直流血，在温泉區找了工作人員並沒有相關葯物，衹能拿紙按着。 等那個車子接去温泉等了好久才一班，在天氣這麼冷還在外面吹風一直等真的挺難受的，不理解酒店為什麼在人流不少，天氣寒冷的情況下不把車子時間縮短
