InterContinental Zhuhai

I stayed at the Zhuhai InterContinental Hotel to celebrate the 30th wedding anniversary, and everything was perfect as a luxury hotel. I am grateful for the perfect service of the staff member, MS.IRENE YE. She speaks Korean well and thanks to her, it was a perfect trip.

After a hiccup the first day at arrival, the front desk and Manager Lyon did a phenomenal job to make us happy. They made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to a seaview executive level room. We came here for the amazing pool but bc of an emergency repair it was closed for two days. We ended up extending to one more night. Had a chance to swim afterall. Although water was not heated, it was yet a great swim. Manager Lyon and all the team from the housekeeping, restaurant, gym everyone is very attentive, Service is excellent. Just one thing I would say they could improve is the Buffett food, the food is not hot enough. Everything is lukewarm except the soups. Overall had a good stay. Convenient location, you just literally walk to Macau from here.

Overall a great experience, staffs are friendly but like most buildings in china it seems the building are not maintained too well. A bit disappointed. The TV was not working when we arrive, and left over seeds was next to the bath (forgot to take photo). Anyway the water at the pool was super clean if u dont look down at the parapet of the infinity pool. I love it how they combine two single bed to make a king size bed. 基本上係幾靚嘅，但係同其他國內嘅酒店一樣,新嘅時候好靚,舊咗就好似冇人維護咁。入到房電視壞咗之後好快呀有人整返,不過就冇整返正部電視就走咗。張床就由兩張單人床合併出嚟都幾得意嘅。

the breakfast is very good which are suitable for whole family whatever they are not in same age group

They took care of us like we were royalty ✨🏰 My friend and I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Zhuhai and what a great hotel it was!!! The breakfast staff , both female and male managers were so attentive. On the first day we couldn't get a window table but for the rest of the stay - even without asking they made sure we had a view of the Zhuhai Macau bridge!!!🩷🙏🏾🩷 Front desk staff helped us with smile. It was really such a pleasure being in that hotel. Food - 👍🏾💯 and a variety of cuisines to cater to both local and international travellers. Thank you for an awesome stay 💕
