非常差的體驗！珠海瑞吉酒店前台工作人員把我的證件弄丟，酒店與我協商並承諾賠償，但至今過去7個星期卻一直沒有履行賠償！在我退房後發現證件丟失時，第一時間聯繫了酒店小管家詢問，但小管家説多次問了前台工作人都沒有找到。因為沒有證件我當晚無法返回香港，被迫在珠海口岸住了一晚第二天才能去辦證大廳補辦臨時證件，回香港後又緊急預約補辦證件。就在我辦完新證件後，翻看手機照片時發現疑似是酒店前台在給我辦完入住時誤將我的證件放在了房卡卡套中，再次聯繫酒店後，確認確實是她們前台把我的證件塞進房卡卡套最下面，而且完全沒有告知我！導致我退房時又把證件連同卡套一起退還酒店，而且在我發現證件丟失並詢問時，酒店卻一再告知沒有找到！對於瑞吉這種非常不專業、對客户不負責任的行為非常失望，且事發後對於承諾的賠償又一而再再二三拖延不履行，這種對於員工過錯造成的事件的處理態度和方法，完全無法接受！
另外，到達酒店辦理入住時已經是下午三四點，前台僅有兩三個櫃枱可辦理入住，竟告知需要等候四十分鐘才能入住，效率極其低下！
