I celebrated my birthday here in this lovely hotel. I’m so thrilled to receive a big & delicious complimentary birthday cake. The river view is excellent. The location is especially convenient. There’s local shopping mall just next door. There’s also a big shopping mall & monorail station 7-min walking distance away. The concierge service is warm & welcoming. Ken is very hospitable & knowledgeable. I’ll surely return to Hampton next time when I visit Zhuhai again. Highly recommended ❤️

Front staff are super friendly especially Ben, Ken and Momo. They are very supportive and helpful. Love the breakfast. Good location. Room service and bed are also superb.. Will recommend this place to friends and will come back and stay here again in the future.

Satisfactory for the customer service from the hotel , while I found I was not comfortable with the room they arranged, then they were able to rearrange the other room on the same floor upon my request.Appreciated Have learned from the previous reviews there 'a shopping mall besides but infact the mall are bit behind expectation.

Good location. Very comfortable room and amenities; breakfast has some options. Very clean ! No any smell. Nice view from window .

I arrived around 8:30AM and they arranged a room for me. That is very much appreciated after a 15 hour flight. Only suggestion is to provide in-room safe for convenience when out for a few hours.

We are non Chinese family and we had absolutely enjoyed everything in this hotel. Language was never a barrier, we and the staffs used translation services to communicate and they helped us with everything. We even got a free upgrade. Room was really good, clean. Bed was really comfortable. We slept really well. We are vegetarians and we were so happy to see so many options for us during breakfast. The food was all good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staffs are really polite and made us comfortable in every way. We would definitely stay there again in future.

Services are helpful especially the laundry services. The location of the facilities is easily accessed. There are varieties food for the breakfast. The whole stay experience can be better if the customer can follow the non-smoking rule. Overall would recommend it.
