Good, even better

I took my children to San Diego for a summer trip and specifically chose this seaside hotel. It has convenient parking and is very convenient to go everywhere. The only problem is that the room was not cleaned during our three-day stay, which needs to be improved.

The room was comfortable, parking was convenient, but there was no water, coffee, or fruit provided all day, which was a big difference compared to similar hotels in Idaho.

The room facilities are average and clean, but the problem is that there are only three floors and the water pressure is not good, so the shower is not very comfortable. The breakfast is an American buffet with not many choices

When I checked in, the waiter asked me for my information card, looked at the front and back of the card, and then gave it back to me to swipe the card myself. I was a little suspicious whether there was something wrong with him? The process took a long time. The air conditioner in the room was broken, and the staff didn't fix it. The desk and phone were dirty and disgusting. I asked them to change the room, but they didn't bring the card up to the room for me. I had to pack up all my things and go downstairs to the front desk to find them. I was moved to a new room, which was big, but the light was very dark.

My son likes to play in the swimming pool the most. But unfortunately, the renewal happened during the President's Day holiday, so I couldn't book it and had to change hotels. I will order from this store next time. The price is not high. I found a local gas station with the lowest gas price. No. 87 gas is only $3.99. Others cost at least $4.8-5.2. I came here on my way back to Los Angeles and added $30. It's right next to McDonald's on the main street.

The room was ok, but you need to get a sign to park, and the outdoor swimming pool closed at 10 o'clock, which was a pity.

Generally, the agreed taxes and fees were paid but were collected again. Later, Ctrip negotiated for us many times but still did not refund them. In the end, Ctrip pushed the responsibility to me, which shows a lack of service awareness.

This hotel is cleaned every three days. The cleaning staff are all Mexicans who speak Spanish, so communication is not very convenient. The location is average, it is a distance from the beach and the old town, and the price is relatively expensive. It is recommended that people on vacation can choose another hotel closer to the old town or the beach. This hotel is not recommended for vacation.
