Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent with plenty of options — from Oriental and Indonesian to Western dishes. I noticed the hotel was quite lively with many guests, even though it wasn’t high season yet in Bali. The location is perfect — right in the middle, making it easy to access Kuta, Sanur, and other popular spots. I also loved the hotel’s cozy design, which made the atmosphere feel warm and relaxing. The pool was always clean and well-maintained, and the room rates were very reasonable for what you get. Definitely a great value and I would be happy to stay here again.

I would said it was the perfect hotel for solo traveller like myself. Considering the price that I am paying for a night for this quality of room is already exceeded what I am expecting. Sorry for the messy bed picture I recorded a video but can’t upload here. So far, I am happy with the location (near to the airport like maybe driving there just take up 10-15 minutes only) there is a shopping mall next door just in case you wanted to do some last minute shopping before you go. The buffet breakfast starting from 6am should be able to cater for those who travel morning flight. I cut one star from the cleanliness is because of the hand sink you will understand what I tried to say if you stay one night yourself. Another minus point is the power point, so far I only seen one only!

We booked a loft room for our family of four. Pros: - Clean and comfortable loft apartment. - Great location-right next to a mall. - Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - Poor buffet breakfast– Limited options for Indian vegetarians and even Western preferences (no butter or jam). The tea and coffee were bad, and the restaurant’s air conditioning was inadequate. - Misleading "free" shuttle service – While advertised as free, the charges were actually higher than Grab taxis.

Surprisingly this hotel is so convenient. With this pricing breakfast included. Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean. Pillow n bed was comfy.. Only thing I hope the hotel will improve on, is their soundproofing of the doors. Hotel service staff are extremely welcoming and nice. The overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Amazing staffs and great service! This is my second time booking with this hotel and the quality remains the same. I definitely see myself coming to stay in this hotel when I’m back in Bali again! It’s a convenient location that’s near the Airport and near to the popular places to visit.

Overall the accommodation was enjoyable and comfortable. With the budged price, still manage enjoyed the breakfast with different type of variation. The location just perfect as near to Airport, only 15 min taken to the Airport. The Hotel guard was really helpful, they help us open the car door and carry the luggage once arrival hotel. Service performed was well deserved for thumb up :)

Nice hotel for family, good breakfast and near to airport and mall, Kuta beach kindly 30 min by car die to traffic and 15 min by motorcycle

Highly recommend Ipi Kuta Bali Hotel! The hotel offers an incredibly high cost - performance ratio. With affordable prices, you can enjoy high - quality service. Its location is simply unbeatable. It is located in the core area of Kuta, with convenient transportation. You can walk to duty - free shops and shopping malls from the hotel, making it extremely easy to go on a shopping spree. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged. Although not of a luxurious style, they are simple yet warm, providing a very comfortable stay. Moreover, the hotel is kept extremely clean, giving people a sense of security during their stay. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly, always wearing smiles on their faces, making guests feel at home. Here, you can not only enjoy a comfortable accommodation environment but also conveniently explore the surrounding area. Whether it's shopping, savoring delicious food, or going to the airport, there's no stress at all. Ipi Kuta Bali Hotel is my ideal accommodation choice in Bali!

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although the room was compact, it was comfortably suited for our group of four. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a diverse range of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a mall was a major plus. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

The hotel was good. Breakfast variation is good. They even have jamu during breakfast. Spa also available in the hotel. Mall just next door. Convenient location. Cleanliness, the room we had, floor has stain and some animal (as shown in pic) moving on the floor . The pillow cover also stained...maybe the room not been use for long time. House keeping came quickly to clean the room and we stayed in the family suite 5 nights (2 more nights from intial plan). Housekeeping is everyday.

This hotel is in a prime location, directly connected to Galleria Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can even use your hotel key card for direct access. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety to start your day. However, it can get a bit noisy at times. If convenience and a great breakfast are your priorities, this is a fantastic choice.

What a wonderful team of hospitality professionals! From first arrival in the carpark to the final goodbye after I collected the luggage I kept with them, I was treated like a "special guest", which I can assure you I am not in most senses of the word. When we walked into our first room, there was a strong pervasive smell of mould and dampness when the aircon was turned on. I am asthmatic so I had to ask if they could get us another room. The next one was perfect and we settled in wonderfully. At breakfast, I was approached by the Front Office manager and the Food/Beverage manager to extend their apologies again, for my incident at check-in (how did they know...?) and the entire team looked after us so beautifully. I truly appreciate this property, and being directly attached to he big mall is icing on the cake for sure. I will return, many more times!

Overall, it's an ok stay. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so good for bad weather plans. The room makeup service on 3rd day was very late that we decided not to have room cleaning but asked for refill of drinking waters and tea bags. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is the same level as the reception, so that makes access easy. However, the pool is right in front of the balcony, which can make it a little noisy.

Great location, very clean rooms and bathrooms..friendly staff and breakfast provides various options in both veg n n- veg , They also serve egg varieties ( omelet , boiled eggs, fried eggs, sunny side up )directly cooked from kitchen every morning..They have served us with veg fried rice , noodles cooked specially on order also ..
