房間乾淨整潔，有小童房，有適合幼兒玩的玩具，孩子很喜歡。導購管家小妍非常熱情，剛開始訂的房間沒有按顧客要求訂購，她馬上聯繫前台給我們換了房間，還有三樓服務員非常熱心，對我們提出的要求都給予最大的滿足，幫我們安排嬰兒床位，孩子們住的很舒服，玩的開心，感謝酒店給我們細緻周到的服務，有機會到長隆玩還會到馬戲酒店入住馬戲

整體還是比較滿意的，房間比較適合帶小朋友出行，樓下就有吃的，距離海洋王國和飛船樂園都很近，跟旁邊的酒店比人少一些，上下樓不用排隊。

房間整潔乾淨，特意配套小童洗漱用具，很貼心，服務周到貼心，酒店內設施完備，設施保護的很好，酒店旁就是海洋王國，帶娃玩兩天非常好，非常愉快的旅行。入住期間還有管家服務態度很好，有需要都會盡量滿足。管家丹丹的服務真的很不錯，長隆秀表演很刺激精彩，總體都很滿意下次再來。前台服務好，禮賓服務好，客房乾淨，大叔大姨熱情，大堂乾淨明亮，魔術表演精彩，下次還來，推薦給大家。

馬戲酒店不愧叫馬戲酒店，剛到酒店那會兒，看到酒店外牆有滿滿的小*等等的馬戲元素，小朋友都很興奮。進到大堂，就看到了一道非常亮麗的彩虹橋，整個大堂都是blingbling的，真的非常漂亮。工作人員也十分的周到貼心禮賓的小哥哥會幫我們寄存行李，還會幫我們家行李運到房間。辦理Check in的前台小姐姐也是很温柔，跟我們講解了很多遊玩攻略以及注意事項。整個Checkin體驗是非常好的。上到房間，房間的一整個佈置也是非常符合馬戲主題的，小朋友非常喜歡，衞生很乾凈整潔，浴室的洗護用品很好聞，有任何需要客房工作人員都能及時的進行滿足，管家小妍姐姐也是一直很温柔耐心的跟進我們的一個需求，入住體驗滿分，大堂的魔術表演跟波波池讓我們即使不去樂園也能玩的很開心，還有很多可愛的小動物，親子體驗感滿分，酒店的餐食也是很美味，離樂園又近，停車位置也很多，整趟旅行下來便捷舒適，贊贊贊👍👍👍
