酒店很乾凈，尤其是床品特別贊，沒有任何異味，被子感覺像新的，床墊睡覺很舒服。特別表揚前台的兩位靚女，很貼心，有任何事情溝通都很快解答。

下午四點到，給了房間去一開發現還沒打掃！誰懂啊，亂七八糟的，好怕廁所突然走出一個裸男。然後去前台，那個男的強調説，哦你定的特惠大床房吧啦吧啦什麼的，有一個特惠空房間帶我去看看，然後上去就是隔壁，特別小，我説那還是原來的那個吧，然後他就立馬去處理隔壁別的房間的人了，就沒有然後了，我們拎包在門口等了十分鐘。旁邊很荒涼，離公交站也很遠。入住以後吵死！你甚至能聽見樓道里他們的每一句對話，記得很清楚，第一天早上有人説要去開車，第二天早上七點不到有人喊他孩子乾飯，睡眠淺的避雷。房間水賊小老天爺，洗個襪子都要半天，水龍頭還特別靠裏不好出水。怕用水了之直接別幹了得了。説是茶酒店，就是入住給兩半小罐不知名茶葉，沒封口，都不敢泡。定的時候有個什麼迷你吧券能送兩瓶礦泉水一瓶汽水，然後問了前台，説是要提前兩天預約，然後七八點入住才能享受這個，這TM扣幣。早上吃的也一般般，小番茄都感覺臟兮兮的沒怎麼洗。過年期間三百一晚上也不便宜吧。反正就是入住幾天各種糟心，拉低了對珠海的第一印象。

酒店環境很棒，床睡的很舒服，周邊也很安靜，交通便利離景區都不遠，服務態度更是特別好，房間乾淨整潔每天都打掃，很適合出行居住

人員服務倒是蠻熱情的，一樓的茶博物館也很有特色，但咱有啥説啥，酒店設施比較差，這邊建議有時間的話，把這些地方都修一修，畢竟酒店是住人的地方，其他的特色也衹是錦上添花。
1. 房間沒有熱風，天冷的時候住進去開熱風根本沒用，而且空調會半夜猛的自己開啟呼呼的吹冷風，聲音還很大；
2. 木質地板居然都被水漚爛了……我們還奇怪，怎麼走着走着腳濕的，一看是地板在往外滲水，就跟街上下過雨的地磚一樣，一踩水就往兩邊濺出來；
3. 裝修上很多地方，感覺沒有處理乾淨，很多窗户的框架還保留着當時刷灰留下的痕跡；
4. 洗澡時候發現水基本是温的，天冷的話，洗澡比較折磨
