個人感受、主觀看法，沒有想像中好的酒店，一開門就是長斜樓梯到樓上，帶行李箱的要小心，樓底不高，跟期待的有不同。
一排長窗，風景能看到日月貝，清楚的，但要坐在地板才清楚看到日月貝，因風景門窗低，落地窗到腰位置。
房間安靜。 附近有便利店，也算是優點。
個人意見，性價比很一般。 只作參考。

使用攜程訂酒店八九年了，第一次給出差評，店家的操作實在是大開眼界，沒想到公寓還能這樣做！
第一次訂到大開眼界的公寓：第一，售樓中心魔改公寓酒店，把loft户型分上下兩層，上層層高不足1米9，也可以成為單獨房間，且網上圖片及宣傳從未提及閣樓户型；第二，沒有前台，沒有服務，黑燈瞎火，自己入住；第三，入户開門直接接一條寬不足40cm的轉角樓梯，大行李箱提上去比裝貨箱上貨車還累；第四，要求換房型被告知需要加價，很明顯在平台上引流後有意加價賣房；第四，裝修極其簡單，跟睡倉庫沒有區別。
本來定了兩晚，在入住後協調換房型未成及時退了第二天的預訂，強烈建議平台嚴格審查入駐商家，鄭重提醒來珠海的朋友，避坑避坑避坑！！！
