這是一家公寓式的酒店，前台在10樓到底的一間房間內，衹有一個工作人員。我們到時候前台在帶領其他客人去房間。在等待的時間裏，陸陸續續到了三四組客人，對面的一間房門開着，沒地方坐，所以就有人跑去對面客房裡呆著。等我登記的時候前台把這間房間給我，我直接拒絕説不要，不單單衞生，來往人多也肯定很吵。所以他給我升級了房型。這點我很感謝。但是，他給我一間浴室沒有門的。問他的時候他回答説是暑假孩子多，所有浴室門都拆了。但我同行朋友房間浴室門都有，他才回答是上週被其他客户打碎了。我説怎麼洗，他説有地墊呀親。我本來想要求換房，但看網上他房間的確沒有，所以第一次叫娃洗澡得盯着，三個人洗完，還要稍微打掃下衞生！

第一次來橫琴的創新方.預訂這間酒店公寓.比較好的是房間有一次性面巾.浴巾還有牙刷牙膏.清潔方面有待改善.因為我弄死了一隻小強.還有水壓不夠.最後床很舒服！
