我是商旅出差，5月17入住，19日離店；17日晚上辦理完入住，到房間發現房間甲醛味很大，把行李放在房間，把空調風調到最大，温度調到最低，把窗户打開通風放味道；當晚沒有回去入住，第二天下午到房間甲醛味道還是很重，我又把門打開了通風降味道，到了下午5點多發生了頭暈嘔吐的情況，我覺得身體嚴重不適，反應很明顯，我就在攜程商旅上提交提前離開申請，把房卡給到前台，讓前台服務人員協助處理退房，前台人員不予處理，態度強硬蠻橫；然後我和攜程商旅客户聯繫幫助，我提交的申請原因是：甲醛味道很重，頭暈噁心嘔吐申請提前離店，客服竟然把原因改成行程改變，18和19號攜程商旅客服領導給我電話，沒有誠懇的道歉，也沒有整改措施，更沒有處理結果，我不滿意！針對此事我會通過珠海市政府行政部門申訴投訴走法律程序，甲醛味道這麼重的情況下，我個人理解應該是超標的，如何通過質量和環保驗收的，希望政府給我們一個真相，同時保留對攜程商旅的申訴投訴，把為了圈錢，把不符合合作的酒店納入合作斂財，同時也嚴重傷影響害了客人的健康！希望出差的朋友能夠注意，引起重視！
