Great hotel in downtown Zhongshan! The location is very convenient and the room is quiet and comfortable. There’s a laundry room with machines, and if you’re not around, you can leave a card and the staff will help wash your clothes. From 9:30 to 11:00 PM, they also offer warm porridge as a late-night snack, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to Shang Jin for being so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

We found the air condition and TV NOT user friendly. There should be some kind of user guide in room. The toilet flush did not work and got stuck. The breakfast was disappointing. Food items were not replenished when short.

Surprisingly quite a good hotel, super value for money, friendly staffs and always ready to help and offer to carry your luggages. Free drinks in the room, got replenished everyday. Walking distance to a nearby shopping mall where you can easily find many restaurants around.

Atour never disappoint me, in Zhongshan, Chengdu or elsewhere. Here in this Atour, the front desk staff 山陸 is a real gem. His problem solving skills, polite attitude and helpfulness are really impressive! He even work overtime to solve the room USB issue for me ! I will not go stay at any other hotel but Atour! A 6-star experience for a 4-star price!

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating. It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.
