Atour Hotel Zhengzhou East Station East Plaza Reviews

The staff and facilities are all awesome. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. And what we like the most is the self service laundry room, you do not get to find this at hotels in other countries. There are also a minimarket 24/7, a few metres walk away from the hotel and plenty of restaurants opposite the hotel. The only downside is the air conditioner control in the room, the temperature in the room is hot and stuffy, but every time we adjusted the air conditioner to cooling mode, it went back again to heating mode. Hopefully the management can improve this.

Great stay, 5 mins car ride away from the Zhengzhou East High Speed Rail Station

Very clean room with great amenities. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if using the zhengzhou east train station. Only downside, was the elevator. Rooms are on top 4 floos,, bank of elevators on two sides of hall are not linked so everyone presses buttons on both sides. Result is elevators stop at many floors especially on way down. Kind of annoying. Otherwise place is great!

Friendly and clean

Atour still has that artistic feel and the hotel is very new. The main problem is that it is a bit far from the East Station and requires a 1.5 km walk. Another thing is that the property is not a whole. There are many small hotels in the same building, and the elevator is a problem. The front desk, gym and restaurant are all on the third floor and the rooms are on the 27th floor. The corridor is very cold, so it doesn't feel very good to eat or go to the gym. The quality of fitness equipment is not up to standard. The coffee machine in the restaurant is of poor quality and can only produce one shot at a time. If you want a cup, you need to use it twice.

The service staff is very enthusiastic. There are many kinds of buffet breakfast. Books can be borrowed in the lobby and laundry is free.

床上用品很好很舒服，電視好，電視機很大也很清晰，智能控制。 酒店高層景觀非常美，城市景觀一覽無餘。前台辦理入住和離開很快速，態度好也很親切。

亞朵一如既往的讓我放心，永遠不會踩雷，當然住習慣了也不會有太大的驚喜，中規中矩。離鄭州東站和蜜雪冰城總部很近。

房間寬敞明亮，環境較好，特別滿意的是被子輕薄、舒適、蓬鬆、柔軟。酒店設施齊全。衞生乾淨，前台服務周到熱情。

房間非常乾淨，無線充電也很方便，給我們安排了30層，視野也非常好，服務人員很熱情。如果需要打卡蜜雪冰城總部走路就能到。

房間很好，乾淨。手機也能感應充電。樓下就有出租車，可直接去東站方便十分鐘內到。

亞朵品控還是很靠譜的，在不同的城市都住過，晚上有夜宵，早餐豐盛好吃，洗衣房很方便，洗衣很好，房間設施齊全，小哥哥小姐姐服務很好。小而精，酒店位置也很贊，因為亞朵，很喜歡鄭州這個城市

這個亞朵很新，樓層很高，但是工作人員一如既往地熱情周到，看帶娃直接給了小童牙刷小拖鞋，離鄭州站，雪王總部非常近，而且早餐明顯比其他亞朵豐富，鄭州中轉的好選擇
