The hotel was the perfect choice to stay for us. We visited the Tianmen Mountain, the National Park, the Glass Bridge and the Huanglongdong Scenic Area (Yellow Dragon Cave). The hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty and we really liked the design of our room. Furthermore the room and the complete hotel was very clean. ☺️ We would book a room again when we will visit Zhangjiajie the next time. ☺️

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. Location close to many attractions, had a variety of breakfast options and good facilities. Only issue was with the clothes dryer where it was just plain air circulating around my clothes so it took the whole night to dry. The mini bar drinks that were also supposed to be included were not.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would like to change is put in service the chargers, I drove my electric car there and the chargers doesn't work.

The hotel breakfast buffet was OK. Furthermore, the hotel aircon is controlled by thermostat so cannot manually adjust. However, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Non smokers, avoid this hotel! They gave us a nice room on the 11th floor but the moment the aircond was turned on, the whole Room reeked of cigarettes. They then transferred us to a Room on the 12th floor supposedly non smokers floor . But the moment we stepped out, the whole corridor reeked. Apparently there was a room inhabited by smokers who left their door open.

Stayed as it was close to Zhangjiajie West Station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Plenty of small shops around for basics and only 10-15 minutes to the station with a Didi.
