Staff are all very helpful. She helped us plan our whole trip in the park as well as orchestrating tickets. We got a room upgrade which was very nice of them. Hotel was very clean and they had nice coconut coffee in the morning. Washer was helpful. Street has lots of restaurants,convenience stores, and street food at night. 5 minute walk from east entrance. Would stay again.

From the very beginning, the owner and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and even helped us buy our park tickets in advance, such a great service! The hotel is super conveniently located, just a short walk from the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. As soon as we arrived, a lovely staff member took the time to explain everything we needed to know about visiting the park. She even drew us a personalized itinerary to make sure we saw all the best parts: we followed it, and it was absolutely perfect! The room was fantastic: clean, comfortable, and unbeatable for the price. They also serve really good coffee in the hotel, and even offered us some cookies with it ☺️ We asked for dinner recommendations, and they personally brought us to a nearby restaurant where we had one of our best meals in China! We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking to make the most of their Zhangjiajie experience!

A mixed but interesting stay. The hotel was a bit challenging to locate, as it was listed as ‘Two Sisters’ instead of ‘Eryatou Inn’. It’s more like a shoplot setup with four storeys. Our room didn’t match the advertisement—it didn’t have a balcony—but we did get an upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom facing the road and shoplots. The internet connection for the TV was quite poor. On the plus side, the hotel is run by four very friendly sisters, which added a warm, personal touch to the stay. The highlights were definitely the nightly street food market right outside the hotel and the short 5-minute walk to the East Entrance of the National Park. Overall, it was an interesting experience with both ups and downs. Pardon, no room photos.

CAI CAI was the best host out of all our travels. We never saw so much dedication and kindness! She helped us so much with trains, tours, buses, taxi, luggage’s, translated to English, showed the plan and itinerary steps by steps for each national parks! The hotel location is perfect, walking distance to east gate, and really quiet and comfortable rooms. Really clean place with amazing services! Plus their cappuccino and coffee are great!! Thank you again CAI CAI, you saved our trip MULTIPLE TIMES!

Place is super huge and spacious, clean and very convenient location to zjj national park - only a 3 min walk! its just in front of the entire row of restaurants and every night there wld be a night market set up so you wont have to worry about not finding food ☺️

Great place to stay for Z. Park. 5 min to east entrance,food street in fron of the hotel. Nice,clean rooms,amazing care to details. Hosts are incredibly nice and help you plan your itinerary and buy tickets. Perfect choice in W.

We had such a great time at the Second Sister Pension. The girls at the reception were incredibly helpful, organizing pickup and drop off drivers and organizing tickets to the park. The pension is beautifully furnished and the rooms are newly renovated and large. Close to the pension is a night market for a late night snack. Perfect for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park. Would definitely stay again!

The room we booked was pretty nice and clean, but it faces the back, opppsite another building, so the view was not good. However, the front desk lady was very nice. She gave us a lot of advice about how to navigate the Wulingyuan Forest Park, Tianmenshan etc…. Warned us about the weather…. And helped us to book all the tickets at discount prices. She was wonderful. The hotel is also very well located. Right in front of the night street food market, where you can find an amazing array of food throughout the night. It’s also very close to the East Gate of the forest park.

The hostess was very friendly and helped us a lot with buying tickets. Every day we planned the next day with her. The room we got was huge and comfortable.

I would recommend staying at the Two Girls Inn, Wulingyuan, if you are going to the Zhangjiajie National Park via the east gate. This is my second time staying at the Eryatou Inn, and it felt like coming home. I was greeted warmly and with tea. I also met the sisters who owned and ran the hotel. I'm coming back for the third time in November, hopefully with friends.

Amazing stay at Two Girls Inn. They were lovely since we got inside, they helped us to book the tickets for the National Park and spent time to give us tips on the best route. Very cosy room and clean. Great location - highly recommended!

Good location, very near Dong men! 5 mins breeze walk to Dong men entrance. Spacious room and big beds for family.
