Friendly service with airport/train pickup included. Family owned establishment, with convenient location to the Tianmenshan attraction as well as a shuttle nearby to Zhangjiejie Forest Park. Clean rooms, and standard breakfast served. Detailed explanation and guides for the parks and best routes. Good value and pleasant stay! You can also try on some traditional clothing, and there is a deck with views.

Very nice and helpful stuff! The lady told us everything about Tianmen Mountain Park. The room was big enough, with bathtub and fantastic view to Tianmen Mountain.

From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress-free and enjoyable experience. They provided a well-planned itinerary for each day, helped me secure tickets for attractions, and were always available with advice or assistance. What impressed me most was on the evening of my checkout—they personally delivered my luggage to the railway station so I could fully enjoy my last day in Zhangjiajie without worrying about a thing. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it's not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes your trip smoother and more enjoyable from start to finish.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views! Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

Very nice and friendly hosts! They will carefully plan the itinerary for you and really always available to help! Area is near to Tianmen Shan and if you follow the route recommended by the hosts, will save you alot of time and money. Wil definitely stay here again if have chance and will recommend to others who are looking to stay at ZhangJiaJie!

Amazing view, very clean and stylish room. The receptionist was extremely helpful for our visit of Tianmenmountain, and also for finding good local restaurants. The terrace was perfect for a bear and cigarette with an amazing view of Tianmenmountain and the city. The breakfast was also not bad. I enjoyed the lively neighborhood and the warm greeting at the reception, very much recommend staying here.

room was comfy, sink was separated from the shower which was great. Most importantly, owners were super friendly! they gave us very clear directions and instructions on how to explore the attractions which was very useful and helped to arrange for driver.

Wonderful stay in a charming location As foreign tourists, we had a truly delightful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, yet nestled in a quiet, picturesque Chinese street full of local character and charm. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from directions to local tips. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was really nice, but it is pretty far away from the mountains. You are right in the city, which is good to get to Tianmen cable way, but harder to get to the Zhangjiajie Mountains (about 45 minutes by car). No one speaks English, but they are very willing to communicate through an app.
