Hot Springs Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Location is very strategic in town, very close to tianmen cable way, & many restaurants around it. The staffs were the best, very helpful eventho they can’t speak English they tried the best to help. They even help me booked a car to go to the glass bridge & tianmen so I can make it in a day. There’s a travel agent also next to it so you can ask information & buy ticket from there. The facility was best, from breakfast to room, they even upgraded my room to the best one. Thank you!

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

There is no one that I am most satisfied with during my trip to Zhangjiajie. First of all, the price is very reasonable, the room facilities are complete and smart, the staff also helped upgrade the room, and patiently helped answer questions about the travel route. I rarely stay in B&Bs because the quality of the ones I stayed in before were not as good as hotels. However, there are very few hotels in Zhangjiajie and prices increase significantly during holidays. So I was lucky enough to choose this B&B with 0️⃣ bad reviews. Before I went in, I was surprised how I could do it. Zero bad reviews? Unexpectedly, the sanitation, facilities, and services all received perfect marks. Before going to the scenic spot in the morning, the lady reminded us that shopping in the scenic spot would be expensive and that we should prepare some food, and gave us her own snacks. In the evening, my sister at the B&B warmly invited us to drink berry tea, a specialty of Zhangjiajie, and chatted about the local specialties. The next day, my sister got up early and took me to the local market to help select local dried bamboo shoots. My heart feels warm. #location transportation

The hotel is located at the south gate of Zhangjiajie. The boss has a very good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. He can drive you to the south gate personally. There is also a parking lot in front of the B&B. There are also small restaurants around and it is very convenient. Unlike Dongmen where there are many people and cars, living here is really quiet and suitable for a family vacation. . The hotel's hygiene is also very good. Although the B&B is newly decorated, it still has delicious food that you can eat while enjoying the scenery without any taste. ! The most important thing is that the scenery here is really good! It’s really convenient to take your kids out to fish at Nanmen! Worth recommending! !

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

Because it is just next door, I have come to Secret Realm many times with my colleagues and family. Every time I come, I see that they are making progress. The hot water heats up in one second, and the swimming pool is particularly clear and transparent. Although I occasionally encountered a little frog swimming in it, it also shows that the water quality is natural and it is a real mountain spring water swimming pool, which makes people feel at ease; the scenery is different every time. It is really charming here in summer. The rooftop is especially good for taking pictures. There is also a place for children to play. The food is as delicious as before, and now it is more exquisite. I especially praise the braised spare ribs and native chicken. Timo likes it very much. I still remember the photos of the children sitting on the steps together when I came here last year. Every time I come, the children have grown taller. There are many different and beautiful memories in Secret Realm.

The room is large and the facilities are new, which makes people feel bright. The air conditioning is very good and warm. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduces the attractions. I am very satisfied with my stay. It is very close to Wulingyuan Scenic Area and opposite the Huanglong Cave attraction. Take the trail and cross a stone pier to reach the opposite road. It’s great. I’ll come back next time!

This inn is very clean and I like the decoration style very much. I booked a room for 3 people and a standard room for 2 people. As soon as I got to her house, the proprietress upgraded me to a suite. The room is very large and the bathroom is also very large. I didn’t expect that there is an elevator, so you don’t have to carry your suitcase upstairs.

Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. I have been here several times. This is a hotel with a relatively high cost performance within 200 RMB in Cili. This time, there was a little problem. There was always a smell in the room and many facilities in the bathroom were damaged. I hope the business can pay attention to it. There is a corner missing from the floor of the shower room, which is easy to hit customers. I didn’t take a photo when I was taking a shower. The breakfast is getting simpler now. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, it will always be surpassed by other hotels in the future.
