"1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage"

"We had the best experience ever at this hotel! It's located in a stunningly beautiful area, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff welcomed us at the airport, and the service from that point on was nothing short of outstanding. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—plus a few thoughtful extras. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels always provided. The food was another highlight—breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious, made from fresh, flavorful ingredients that really stood out. A very special thank you to Li Jin Ci at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and kind—she booked all our attraction tickets, arranged transportation for us, and patiently answered all of our questions. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We loved this place so much, we decided to stay an extra day! If you're looking for a hotel that offers comfort, excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality, this is absolutely the right place. We can't wait to come back!"

"The Hotel was very magical, like out of a fairytale. The resort is 15 min away from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk was very helpful especially Tim. He speaks good English and helped me book Tianmen mountains and the other front desk also drove me there. The hospitality and breakfast was amazing. There are many foreigners that stay in this hotel aswell. The area is surreal and when it gets dark it also looks amazing."

"Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A."

"A Perfect Stay in Zhangjiajie – Truly Unforgettable From the moment we booked, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even before our arrival, they shared detailed information on how to reach the hotel and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. During our stay, they gave us great recommendations on where to eat, and we ended up having some unforgettable evenings preparing our own barbecues—such a fun and cozy experience! One lovely moment was when our daughter wanted to swim in the hotel’s pool. We didn’t have a swimsuit with us, but the staff kindly told us exactly where to buy one nearby so she could enjoy the water. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture—she was so happy! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our room was just perfect: incredibly spacious, with super comfortable beds, an amazing rain shower, and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is ideally located just five minutes from the Southeast Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, making it very easy to reach the Bailong Elevator and the iconic Avatar Mountain area. To top it all off, they helped us book a taxi for our return to the train station, which made our departure completely stress-free. This place was truly a haven of hospitality and tranquility—exactly what we needed to recharge and continue our journey. Highly, highly recommended!"

"The hotel arranged for Mr. Ma to pick my wife and I up by private car because we arrived on a late flight from the airport at 9pm. All the local restaurants were closed so Mr. Ma arranged for the hotel kitchen to make us a hot meal even after the kitchen was closed for the night and we had not notified them ahead of time. His support on our arrival made us feel like we were part of his family. We had not yet purchased admission tickets for the National Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, or Avatar Mountains and A Sheng took care of bundling our tickets. He also kept in touch in the mornings to make sure we don't leave too late to enjoy the local attractions. Both Mr. Ma and Ting Ting gave us great recommendations for local restaurants that were on China's must eat list for 2024. Miss Ting Ting also offers a tea ceremony with 24 hour advance notice. The top floor of the guest house is the kitchen where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served for additional charge but the food and convenience were very well worth the price. Miss Ting Ting also makes fresh omelettes on demand during the breakfast service. Mr Hu was able to provide park maps and special tips for how to best optimize the time for all the attractions we wanted to see for the three night stay we had booked with the hotel. The mountain view and hospitality were both superb. We would definitely return because we did not have enough time to book tickets for Tianmen Mountain which was on our must do list. The room was romantic and cozy. Everything was clean and the ambiance of the grounds is amazing. Thank you so much to the staff. The stay was memorable."

"Stylish Airbnb super close to Tianmen Park. Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan. Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing. Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions. Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests. I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door. I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking. Overall highly recommended!"

"I stayed there for one night and found that this hotel has several advantages: 1. Geographical location. You can drive in from the west gate of the scenic area without carrying your luggage to the shuttle bus and going against the flow of people without queuing. 2. The scenery. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have an unbeatable mountain view, which you can enjoy while lying on the bed. 3. The decoration and facilities are well-detailed. There is no odor from the sewage. The linens and toiletries are carefully made. It can be said that this is the best B&B in the scenic area. 4. The food is amazing. Although the menu is simple, the ingredients are very delicious. Even a simple bowl of noodles is unforgettable, and the price is not higher than outside the scenic area. 5. The boss is neat and generous, the service is meticulous, and the experience is perfect."

"A five-minute walk from Yuelu will take you into Zhangjiajie's geological poetry of billions of years. When returning home at dusk, the lanterns on the eaves light up, turning the dust on my body into warm berry tea on the long table. The most unforgettable thing is the boss lady's customized guide, the reverse route to avoid the crowds on May Day, which is considerate and enjoyable. We will meet again if we are destined."
