around 3 min walk to see the view with Matterhorn! small yet warm and tidy place to stay in!

This is the best hotel ever in my 12 days in switzerland. A hotel with a matterhorn view. This hotel prepares all your needs in this cold weather in Zermatt. If the weather its good. You can see matterhorn clearly from the balcony. We did not manage to get the 2nd night as it is all booked. Try this hotel, you wont regret..

very nice and friendly staff of the hotel. The balcony of the room has a direct and good view of the Matterhorn summit, we could watch the sunset and sunrise scenery without going out. The only issue is that the rent is not cheap 😂

Good hotel with good view of matterhorn

Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay. Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station. Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

The location is excellent. Just walk straight from the train station to the river and turn left. It's also very close to the observation deck and the train (just opposite the train station) in less than 10 minutes. The room is very comfortable. You can see the Matterhorn from the big window. The breakfast is also good. I like their plates. The handsome guy at the front desk has super long legs and is handsome hahaha

The room is clean and sanitary, with a balcony where you can see the snow-capped mountains and watch the sunrise and sunset. You can store your luggage, the front desk staff is very friendly, and it is a good stay experience.

Nothing wrong with it except the price

If you want to see the Matterhorn, you cannot see this balcony room type, and the bathroom does not have a bathtub. If you are concerned, you can pay attention to it. The hotel is very close to the station, and you can also make an appointment to ask the hotel to be connected to the station. The overall experience is good!

I am very satisfied with the fact that I can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The front desk was very considerate and sent it to the room. It also introduced various instructions in detail.
