Nice and cosy resort in the alps of Zermatt. One of the best hotel which I have stayed during this trip.

Enjoy my stay in this resort during my zermatt trip. Can see nice matterhorn view in the morning from the room. Nice breakfast. Will recommend.

Everything is excellent. I was very impress by the view of Matterhorn. I will strongly recommend to my families and friends to stay at Alpen Resort & Spa. There are lots of indoor activities and facilities to enjoy.

Great Matterhorn view from balcony. Even though the breakfast repeated for my 3 nights stay, but we still never tired with these tasty food. The location just near to Zermatt station and easily can travel to Gornegrat station. Just use the public phone at Zermatt station, then hotel will assigned EV car to pick up

Tip that hotel has shuttle bus from station. Swimming pool indoor very relax. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is comfortable and functional.

U can see Matterhorn in the hotel. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is fine and it will be good if larger variety of food can be provided

This hotel offers a decent location, although it requires a bit of a walk from Zermatt train station. However, the reward is a beautiful Matterhorn view from the hotel room, which is a delightful feature. The breakfast was typical of Swiss hotels, but the real highlight was the impressive range of facilities, including an open-air jacuzzi, gym, sauna room, and indoor swimming pool, providing guests with various options for relaxation and recreation. As for the room itself, it met our expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with some great amenities.
