Pet friendly Hotels Zapopan

Five-star hotel that doesn't live up to its name. Curtain Labron. Shower head is broken. Stayed three nights and didn't fix it. I don't know if it was repaired or not. The room service came back at 6pm and didn't do it yet. The rock style is quite fresh, and there is a live concert in the evening. The breakfast is too bad, don't come to the Chinese stomach!

El hotel se encuentra en una plaza pequeña con pocos locales pero suficientes; para ingresar al hotel debes ingresar a la plaza y verás un elevador, subes a recepción, muy rápido el check in, amables, te explican los servicios y políticas, la habitación muy amplia, tiene una pequeña cocina y refrigerador, si vas a viajar varios días sin duda lo agradecerás y quizá no por cocinar sino porque puedes guardar en el refrigerador :), todo parece nuevo, silencioso y con buen descanso, el wifi está perfecto. Definitivamente lo recomiendo por su ubicación, calidad y por comodidad.

Excelent Hotel, new and good breakfast. Very helpfull staff. I was for business and the hotel has all you need for meetings and work. Good location near to the bus station. Right on the Vallarta Av. and crossing the periderico. You can go anywere in zapopan or guadalajara taking speed ways.

Well welcomed you, we arrived around 9:30 - 10:00 on Friday night, July 19, we were treated with the girl well, friendly and careful all the time, we had to ask for a change of room because the beds were used, As someone uses them before our arrival, the reception girl kindly changes us and no more problem.

Me ha encantado éste lugar. Manejan un tipo de servicio muy diferente a lo que conocía. Durante mi estancia solo conocí a tres personas (trabajadores) ahí. Todo es por medio de claves y no hay recepción. Te recibe una pantalla grande en donde tu haces tu check in y activas tu llave. El diseño está super padre, me encantó cada espacio, tiene una onda como de estilo industrial en las habitaciones y todo está super limpio siempre. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y en memos de 10 minutos ya lo habían solucionado. (El reporte se hizo por whatsapp) Lo super recomiendo. 10/10
