"I had a very nice massage. Daniel was excellent. He deserves a 5 rating. The actually spa environment was very disappointing. There is minimal to no privacy or area to relax before or after your massage service. The floor was sopping wet in every area. One WC with no toilet paper at all! The environment deserves more like a rating of 1-2. Felt very cobbled together. No one to help you navigate. Confusing. No robes or slippers. Would not recommend. Would recommend my massager Daniel very highly."

"This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. The new renovated rooms are spacious and tasty decorated. Wellness centre is fantastic however there are a few issues there. No one cleans the water off the floor and it is slippery and dangerous. It would be nice to spread lavender or eucalyptus scent in all saunas. Last thing is to supply chairs and drying rack on the balcony. Breakfast was very good , dinner buffet good however selection not big enough. Shuttle to the town is great but runs till 5 pm unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed our stay ."

"Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Some very nice restaurants within a short walk."

"It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge."

There appeared to be a great number of small charming hotels in Zakopane and this was not one of them. Somewhat noisy and although the manager had passable English, the staff did not."

"Willa Jan is the best value for money chalet I have ever stayed in! The views of the Tatra mountains was incredible and you are literally a stones throw from the slopes and only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Also the building manager Kinga was incredible helpful (even though Love holidays were the opposite) she gave us great advice with the best slopes and restaurants and most importantly helped us with an issue with our booking. Cannot recommend Willa Jan and Kinga enough!"
