"If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. They uses creative and good photography. The hotel is nice. I paid for breakfast with my booking but had to pay again at the hotel, and it was $20 USD per person, which is a bit crazy for Poland. They have a nice amount of selection for breakfast food. The floors in the bathroom are heated which is nice."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, a wonderful, spacious room, a comfortable bed, peace and quiet. A great pool with an outdoor jacuzzi, although it's difficult to get in on weekends :( Although I see a slow decline in the quality of breakfasts. Once served exclusively from the menu, today, like everywhere, it's live cooking. There are no more disposable butters, mayonnaise, or mustard. On my first stays, there were always welcome chocolates. And the lobby bar. Almost always empty and sad :( A potential never-before-used opportunity. But I still think this is the best hotel in Zakopane!!!"

"It’s a really great place to stay. It takes approximately 15 minutes to the bus station by foot. The facilities are cool. I had a quite spacious room with spectacular view on the mountains. Breakfast is with good selection and food is yummy. The only disadvantage is for three day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and a trash bean wasn’t cleaned either. Nevertheless I liked staying there and I would exactly recommend this place."

"The front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular."

"Lovely hotel. The location is a little way from the town centre but a nice 20+ minute walk or £8 taxi. Rooms were spotless although bedroom carpets could do with a clean. Breakfasts however were very average at best. Sauna area was superb, 4 hanging chairs, a lava heated sauna with a second electric sauna. Best of all an ice tub for a bit of Wim Hoff experience. Best part of the hotel are the staff Artu and the lady on reception went over and above and were so incredibly helpful with anything needed. They are both a huge asset to the hotel!"

"A great holiday stay for the whole family, at an affordable price. Good breakfasts and dinners, with breakfast until 11 a.m. a big plus. There's also a nice squash area, billiards, and tennis. Enjoyable spa treatments and qualified staff. The hotel is pet-friendly. The spacious parking lot is a big plus. We'll definitely be back to this hotel. The service is very friendly!"

"Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran."

"An amazing place for a mountain retreat! Perfectly located—just a short walk from Krupówki, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. We got an apartment with a breathtaking view. The room itself was really spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful—friendly, always helpful, and welcoming. Fast and reliable WiFi was a big plus, as well as the secure parking, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommended!"

"The description is far from dated – the luxury rooms were probably from the 1990s, and I assume they haven't been renovated since then. There are more of them than the description, probably because they've been divided into additional rooms. The advantages of this place include its proximity to Krupówki Street, cleanliness, and friendly service."
