I’m pretty much a permanent traveler and can honestly say this place is super comfortable with some of the loveliest staff I’ve met anywhere in the world. Situated between the two towns, the location is great too

The room wasn't spectacular, but the overall hotel environment was wonderful. The pool, beach, and breakfast were all excellent. This is a hotel well worth staying in!

Staying at the top luxury hotel on Zakynthos Island, the facilities and services are first-class. The hotel entrance is closed and very private. The rooms face the sea and the decoration style is also very exquisite. Small meals are delivered to the door at regular times every day. Unfortunately, due to the geographical conditions of the island, there is no beach. The hotel is built on a stone cliff and only has a small lounge chair area near the reef to view the sea. The hotel is only more than ten minutes away from the town, so it is very convenient to go to the town if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.

Claimed to be the best hotel in Zakynthos, the service was practically nonexistent. 1. No staff were available to assist with luggage collection; you had to leave it at the lobby entrance. 2. After collecting your passport, they didn't register it; you had to scan a QR code and fill in all your check-in information. 3. Check-in was not possible at 3:00 PM, so you had to wait in the lobby. 4. You had to go to the checkout counter to pay by card at the restaurant. 5. No towels were available at the pool after 6:00 PM. 6. No response from the front desk when calling your room. 7. You had to carry your luggage to your car after check-out. The overall experience was very poor, completely different from the service you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. The parking area was also poorly managed, being right next to the residential area, making it impossible to separate vehicles and people.

The service was average. I booked a €75 airport pick-up service from the hotel and emailed my flight number in advance. The hotel concierge responded, but no one met me at the airport, leaving me waiting for over an hour. When I asked the front desk, they said they hadn't seen the email. The hotel facilities were also average. The toilet broke on my first day.

It's OK! How should I put it, this is the only one in Zhajin. The sea view is beautiful. The price is average.

The room is nice and the environment is beautiful. It is a hotel with a good environment and location in Zakynthos Island. It can especially meet the needs of a family of many people. The only regret is that the food is average and there are not many choices.
