"The hotel was originally a state-owned enterprise. 1. The staff are highly qualified and responsible, indicating excellent training. 2. The hotel has a great location. It's in a separate building with its own parking lot, and free parking makes me feel very safe. 3. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy – very nice. However, the towel definitely needs replacing (as shown in the picture). While state-owned enterprises have a tradition of hard work and dedication, the service industry should provide the best possible service to its customers. I don't use that towel, but it's still unsightly to see it hanging there. I suggest the hotel consider replacing it!"
