Quickly response and warm welcome. The outdoor onsen is pretty good. The view is good. However, in Jan, outside the bedroom is too cold, recommend to install heater.

The check in process was "smart check-in", where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

The hotel is close to Jinlin Lake. The overall feeling of accommodation is very good, but the contact method is too cumbersome.

Staying in the Peony room type is very suitable for families with small children. The tatami accommodation is not afraid of children rolling out of bed, there is a simple kitchen for use, and there is an independent hot spring that can be used at any time. It is highly recommended.

You can directly call the B&B customer service to confirm the PIN code. You will get a set of *xxxxx* room unlocking passwords. After entering, follow the The tablet instructs you to complete the Visit Japan check-in. The room is spacious, the bedding has no odor, and the hygienic environment is good. TV, refrigerator, microwave, IH stove, electric kettle, pots, and tableware are all available. Washing, drying, washing machine, laundry detergent, and hair dryer are very convenient to use by yourself. It is very convenient to be able to take a bath 24 hours a day.

The room is very comfortable and nice, but you need to confirm with the landlord how to check in when you check in. The location is very good, very close to Jinlin Lake, but you need to have very good driving skills as the road is very small.

There were some minor problems when checking in. Because I did not receive an email from the hotel, I needed to contact the hotel through trip.com customer service to get the door opening code. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from Jinlin Lake to the hotel. The location is quite satisfactory. The interior decoration of the hotel is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a must-have. I recommend it to everyone. 

I searched for a long time, but the location was difficult to find. The room is big and clean😀

Customer service originally said that the landlord would send me the password between 2 and 3 pm that day, but the landlord didn't send it. I called and asked before sending it to me, but the password was still wrong! ! Make me make an international call to the landlord and ask for the password again It would be bad if you don’t know English or Japanese😅

Overall, the CL value is high, but the location is not easy to find, and it takes a while to park.
