Best experience to stay in a cave hotel ! Location was ok. Need to walk up a bit from the “city place”. Hotel staff was amazing ! So warm and friendly. Assist me and family in so many ways. Chit chat with us while we having breakfast. Gives us recommendations to explore places to go , that we didn’t first plan. Feels like family!

The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!

Very good hotel, the room is large, not stuffy or damp at all, the children like the small cave in the room very much. It is also very beautiful to watch the hot air balloons on the hotel terrace in the morning, and there are hot air balloons flying low.

It was a wonderful hotel from start to finish! Even before our stay, the staff were very kind and gentle with their replies to our questions, so we were able to make our reservation with peace of mind. On the day of our stay, the staff were very kind and gentle, and the mascot dog, Max, was very cute! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the staff and Max were soothing every day☺️ Of course, the room was perfect, and it was a very clean and lovely cave room! We had given up on eating breakfast on the second day because of the time constraints of the tour we had booked, but they kindly said that they would call us when the pick-up arrived, so we could eat until then, and we were able to relax while waiting for the pick-up. If we go to Cappadocia again, we would like to stay at this hotel! It was a wonderful honeymoon! Thank you😊

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

Words cannot describe the beauty. See pictures for details. 🏨Accommodation: You can't extricate yourself in the atmosphere of the vampire castle. The lighting can be adjusted and the artistic conception can be freely controlled. 🍽️Catering: The two restaurants have a beautiful environment, good taste, not expensive, and very cost-effective. 🗺️Location: There are famous restaurants and attractions within a 15-minute walk, which is very convenient. 🤵🏻♂️Service: Everyone at reception is very nice. When we get up at 5 o'clock to chase hot air balloons, they will help us make coffee and chat with us. Five stars recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Facilities: The room is large, with several rooms, and it is very comfortable to stay in. The hotel has a rooftop balcony, which is very good for viewing and resting. Hygiene: The sanitation is good and the room is cleaned in a timely manner.

The hotel is located in the city and has convenient transportation. You can also walk to go shopping. The reception staff are very warm and friendly and will recommend you places to visit. The only drawback is that the network signal is poor.

I booked a total of three nights, and only found out after staying for two days that it was a real cave hotel (I thought it was man-made at first). It was very quiet and I slept well for a few days. The breakfast was a little limited, and more eggs would be better. The boss has a dog 🐶 named Max, who was busy welcoming guests and petting them as they came. It was so cute! What a business expert!

I have been to Cappadocia many times. This time I found this new treasure hotel. The most important thing is that the location is very good/the service is friendly. It is also very suitable for shooting. The room is unique. If I go again, I will definitely choose the same hotel. This is my surprise.

Good location with rooftop shadow hot air balloon The hygiene is average. There are insect corpses on the floor and a live one crawling on the bed. The staff is very polite and will help you with your luggage. Tried the Turkish spa service provided by the hotel and it was good

The location of the hotel is good, and the view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop is also very beautiful. I really like the boss's very smart puppy, which is as popular as a little star! The hotel owner is very nice. Because we were buying football matches on foreign websites, we had to register a lot of things. The owner went out of his way to help us a lot, which is great! You can book this hotel with confidence. The service and facilities are very good, but it is a bit small compared to the hotel in the picture~
