Great rooms. Good service. Hot springs were great, but regular pools were pretty outdated and dirty.

The place is hot. Hotel aircon centralized to 26C. I complained but they try to accommodate. But they can’t adjust the centralized aircon. So if u must go, go when the weather is cooling

They say this is the best hotel in Yuanmou. Well, my experience wasn't even close to the four-star standards of hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai. The front desk and all the staff had sullen faces, as if I owed them money. Is this the typical service attitude of staff? I refused to pay my deposit when I checked in, and the staff threatened to wait half an hour to check out. There are many rooms on two floors, and the walk from the lobby to your room takes over five minutes. There's no staff to help with your luggage, so you have to do it all on your own. There's only one elevator. When I went to breakfast, the staff asked us to show our room cards and double-check them on the machine before we could enter the restaurant. After we were already sitting down to eat, a waitress came over and asked if anyone had confirmed their dining status... Hilarious! Maybe a lot of people are trying to steal your breakfast?! And the breakfast was completely unpalatable. There were a lot of options, but the quality was terrible! I had a flight to Kunming and had to check out before 8:00. Plus, the front desk threatened to inspect my room before I could check out if I didn't pay the deposit. I called them to explain the situation, and they told me to wait. After 10 minutes, no one came. I called again and they said that housekeeping was not at work yet and couldn't check the room. So you guys are the customers and the waiters are the gods? The room door was open and I was told to leave. This kind of hotel in a small place really broadened my horizons.

It feels very close to nature to have breakfast outdoors outside the restaurant. I will come again if I have the chance.

The room was warm and comfortable. I went to the hot springs to take a bath and fell asleep quickly. It was comfortable. The breakfast was very rich. I couldn't believe that the breakfast in a county hotel was better than the hotels I stayed in Chengdu and Kunming. The variety was complete and the taste was delicious.
