Lovely view from our room, especially in the evening. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable for the routes to walk to the waterfall and shows available to watch. The location of the Inn is very convenient and breakfast is available for a small cost.

Amazing view from the balcony, the room is very big, they just install an elevator so its easy to bring luggage to your room. They provide local fruit in the room, free breakfast, free pickup from station. The owner is very helpfull. Location is really close to the entrance which make it easy to reach.

Service was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

Nice hotel in the scenic area of Furong, staff gave us a choice of rooms. Great view from the balcony.

Excellent stay at Furong! Luckily it was low season so we got upgraded to a room with a view. Everyone at the Inn was super friendly and helpful. They told us about discounted tickets for seniors, spots to dine to get a great view of the waterfall and history of Tujia etc. Great value and hospitality!

Location was excellent, within few minutes you already arrive in the area which you have to pay an entrance fee for. It is still affordable as you can use it for 3 days. The rooms were clean and the staff was friensly.

The hotel is exquisite. We were upgraded to a room with a view to the old city and it was just perfect. The room is very clean and it has a charm of its own. The room and the beds are very big and tastefully decorated. You are in walking distance from everything, but it is also very quiet. The lady at the reception was very helpful and very nice. 100% recommended!

Really welcoming and friendly owner. The room was super super clean and the beds were really comfortable. They also took me back to the train station for my last day. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks a lot :)

Beautiful hotel and rooms, with very good views from the balcony. Good location. Good breakfast. The owners were very nice, and arranged to pick us and drop us off at the station.

Laundry to be done on next building in toilet, laundry still not dry even after hours due to ineffective dryer. Toilet also floods easily. Good communication and helpful owner to arrange transportation.

Judging from our experience of using it, the effect is satisfactory. We think the bad perception is caused by the difference in usage habits. Our front desk usually dries guests' clothes and sends them to the rooms, so as not to let guests wait too long in the laundry room. This was our negligence in service. We apologize to you. We have cleared the drain for the water accumulation in the bathroom. Thank you for your reminder and feedback. Sincerely thank you for your trust and guidance. We will improve the details in a timely manner and be problem-oriented. Customer satisfaction is our service purpose!
