It’s located inside the scenic area u can hear and see the waterfall from your room it was magical, everyone trues to help you and understand you regardless of the language barrier

Hotel room have amazing views as it’s the tallest building surrounding that area with amazing view of waterfalls and you can see sunset just right from the balcony. Hotel can arrange to pick up your bags from main entrance just need to ring them as lots of walks with stairs. Hotel it’s self has no lift so big luggage you may choose to pack your valuables, clothes & stuff you need in a backpack and leave your luggage at level 1 asked them to safe-keep for you if you don’t mind. Restaurant with view opposite hotel slightly around 20-30% higher then normal. But you pay for the view.. Lastly there’s two type of toilet with seated one n squatting type remember to asked before you get your rooms!

The complimentary pick-up service was a thoughtful touch. Our room was clean, tidy, and pleasantly cool. The owner provided incredibly attentive and friendly service, and the view from the room was fantastic.

The small balcony wasn't as big as I expected. It's very close to the waterfall. It's tough for brick-and-mortar businesses, so I encourage everyone to support them!

Sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, complementing the greenery in every corner, and the air carried a subtle, earthy fragrance. The corridors were laid with thick carpets, muffling footsteps, and adorned with elegant ink paintings. Soft, warm lighting cast a gentle glow, making walks through them exceptionally soothing. Our guest room was clean and cozy. Stepping onto the balcony opened onto the viewing platform – wooden railings framed a lush bamboo grove. Tall, straight bamboo stalks with densely layered leaves swayed and rustled gently in the breeze. Standing there, surrounded by such vibrant greenery, even the air felt crisper. In the evening, the setting sun cast golden patches through the gaps in the leaves, with the shifting light and shadow creating the illusion of a secluded haven. On the fifth floor, there's another viewing platform offering panoramic vistas of Furong Town. Guests can also enjoy complimentary karaoke, singing while admiring the views and dining – we were absolutely thrilled with this experience! The service was a significant highlight. At check-in, the front desk readily shared tips on the best viewing times for the platforms. The cleaning staff were quiet and respectful while tidying and even discreetly swept fallen leaves from the balcony. When we wanted to sit on the viewing platform, staff promptly brought rattan cushions – every detail reflected their thoughtful consideration. Overall, this place seamlessly blends natural tranquility with warm, attentive service, ensuring a supremely comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip. This stay stands out as one of the most satisfying travel experiences I've had, even compared to numerous famous attractions I've visited!

Very comfy & large bed! Amazing views from the balcony of the room, you could hear the waterfall making it very peaceful. Room was expensive for what you get - could do with more amenities & a few things were broken. The balcony views make up for it though

the location is unbelievable. rooms and hotel were decent, according to the category. if you are planning to go early to sleep, consider other options.

Absolutely terrible service from the hotel . I needed to change my plans around my travel in China , and received the absolute worst service possible as the hotel refused to allow me a free cancellation on this property, every other hotel I stayed at allowed provided the best service. However this hotel was really unhelpful and unwilling to help .

Balcony had a lots of spider webs and we even killed a massive spider

Beautiful location. View only for rooms that are even number Staff was trying to be nice but communication was difficult Breakfast is only soup. Delicious, but its the only option. No coffee, only tea
