This hotel is a building site and Accor should be ashamed to call it an hotel! Nothing mentioned about any issues with the hotel on the website when I booked. When booking in we were not informed of any issues with the rooms either. When I went down to ask why the air conditioning was not working, receptionist just pointed to a fan and said no aircon! Problem was that, when we arrived our car was reading 39°C. The room was almost unbearable. The only saving grace of this hotel is that it is by a tram stop, so it was easy to get to the city centre. Would I book this hotel again. NO Would I recommend it to anyone! NO By far the worst Accor hotel I have ever stayed in.

Another Ibis hotel with no restaurant. The restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment, which means that there are no restaurant facilities and the hotel is like a dusty, half-derelict building site. There is no mention of this when you book: Ibis are still advertising the hotel with a restaurant and free wifi. Which doesn’t work. The staff are dispirited, doubtless by their working environment, and are practically invisible. Ibis hotels used to be clean, comfortable and with a simple but satisfying menu, which is all you need when you have been travelling all day. Ibis management seem to have lost sight of this. I was a great supporter of this brand for many years but now I’ve had it with them. I’ll stick to IHG in future.

On way there no problems, polite, helpful staff. NOT the case on way back Friday 26/8. Rude unhelpful staff, who wanted to charge one of us for drink, but with no price list. When asked apparently the price list is private and no receipt could be provided! Screams out that someone on the make. Also staff entered one of the rooms while we loading cars and hadn’t even checked out which is totally unacceptable. So unfortunately you missed out on 14 breakfast on Saturday 27/8 as we all went elsewhere. I know this is a budget hotel but don’t expect to be shouted at when we are paying customers. Would like to speak to someone about having some money refunded and some of your staff need to be trained in customer services and also conveniently don’t understand English which is not what is advertised! Very bad experience and definitely not happy.

Despite being renovated, the room was clean and the service was adequate. I think the fact that the parking lot is not directly accessible from the hotel is a mistake; I hope they fix it with the renovation.

Nous avons très bien reçu pour une nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Le prix d'une nuit était abordable et raisonnable avec un petit déjeuner garni. Les employés de l'hôtel ont été très accueillants, rien à dire. Bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Le décor de la chambre ainsi que celui de l'extérieur étaient simples mais jolis. Nous recommandons à 100%.

De kamer is recent opgeknapt maar helaas zitten we alle dagen in een vreselijke verflucht. We hebben ook geen airco zoals beloofd het is heel de week al warm weer en kunnen niet slapen van de warmte . Na klagen wordt er gezegd dat komt omdat het pas mei is en vorige week nog koud was. Nu weer doorgegeven dat het echt te warm was. Dame bij de receptie reageert verbaast en zal het doorgeven maar komt niet geïnteresseerd over. Er gebeurd weer niets. Geen prettige indruk over de receptie, niet vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed aan het begin van de week maar later was er geen muesli naturel was op. ook geen volkorenbrood meer alleen witbrood. We hebben nog 2 dagen te gaan hoop op verbetering. Rebekka Soeters

Chambre correcte, simple, bonne literie. Bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuitée. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant. Bien que situé à un carrefour, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la route.

Tutto sommato fa il suo lavoro. Ibis budget standard con servizi ridotti all'osso ma funzionale. La zona non è delle migliori, soprattutto se si viene in zona per i vulcani (occorre attraversare tutta la città), parcheggio e colazione non inclusi

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits avec 2 petits déjeuners pour les 8 et 9 mai 2024 . Dans la nuit du 8/5 nous avons été avertis d'un cambriolage à notre domicile vers 3h. Nous avons donc quitté l'hôtel en laissant le badge dans la boîte prévue à la réception en précisant ce qui nous est arrivé de façon à leur permettre de relouer la chambre pour la nuit suivante. Comme il s'agissait d'une offre annulable, la moindre des corrections aurait été de nous rembourser là dernière nuit et les petits déjeuners mais comme nous avions payé ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Inutile de préciser que nous revenons en Auvergne pour plusieurs nuits en Août mais ce ne sera pas cet hôtel.
