Very friendly and helpful staffs withou English speaking. I got complimentary very early check-in. The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

Everything was clean and well organised. The electrical work was done very well. Nice lighting concept.

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

Very surprising room layout

The room is nice. The heating is very good. The lady in the lobby is very nice. You must try the beef noodles next to it. The taste of the chili is amazing. Give a suggestion to the hotel. Please recruit the beef noodles. Oh, there is an old granary next to it.

Overall it's pretty good. The room is equipped with a humidifier which is very user-friendly. As someone from the mainland, I still feel the air is a bit dry here. It's great to have this thing.

It's quite close to the Turpan Museum. But if you dirty the towel when you wipe your hair, you have to pay for it. Can't you just wash it?

I stayed here again on my return trip from Xinjiang. The location is convenient for transportation and shopping, the rooms are well-equipped, the restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, the price is not expensive, and the taste is delicious. But the service desk opened too late in the morning, and no one came to check out or issue parking tickets after 8:30.
