"This business hotel is suitable for business travelers who emphasize cost performance in Yonago city. The hall had a calm atmosphere and was in good cleaning condition. The rooms are compact but functionally maintained, and the practical design on the premise of business use such as desk space, lighting, and power supply arrangement is impressive. The bed was moderately hard and I was able to recover enough fatigue even after a long movement. Wi-Fi connection quality was stable, and there was no problem with online meetings and materials creation. The bathroom is a standard unit bus, but there is no problem with the water pressure and temperature adjustment, and it is easy to use. The front desk was polite and check-in ／ check-out was smooth. The fact that there is laundry facilities in the building is very convenient for clothing management during consecutive nights and business trips. Also, there were many restaurants around the hotel, and there was no problem with dinner options. Overall, I felt very satisfied as a business hotel that "provides the necessary functions at a reasonable price". Recommended for those who expect stable service during business trips and short stays."

"You have to go barefoot when entering the hotel. The waiter will put away your shoes and remember that you will not make the wrong shoe cabinet every time you go out! very comfortable! The waiter will communicate with you through iPad translation and is very gentle and considerate. The room is large and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor hot springs on the first floor are separated. If you want to experience the outdoors after soaking indoors, you have to put on clothes and walk to the other side. The outdoors is "full of wild fun" There is a small crab floating between the rocks in the soup... The Japanese breakfast and dinner are exquisite and delicious, you must choose 2 meals! A very wonderful experience ~ The hot spring hotels along the Kaike Onsen area are great. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. I love it here so much!"

The biggest problem was the appalling cleanliness of the room; there were even bloodstains on the tatami mat! After speaking with the front desk manager, I was transferred to a room in the main building. The main building room was the one that truly met the four-star hotel standard."

"After checking in at the hotel, we weren't staying here. The waiter took us to another wooden guesthouse. The rooms here were so old. I stayed in room 3 on the first floor. It was on the ground floor, under the stairs. The entire house was made of wood. The noise from guests walking around kept me awake. The room wasn't what we saw on Trip.com. I don't know if they made a mistake assigning us a room. Or maybe Trip.com made a mistake. Everyone, be careful when booking a room. "
