This is a great hotelbwith fantastic amenities like a big lounge with free flow of coffee and tea. It also has a terrace for guests who wants an outdoor experience.

Wonderful harbour view facing room. Thanks for the free upgrade to a higher floor room and with kitchen. The kitchen is convenient that comes with what a kitchen needs -＞ oven, pots & pans, and utensils. Room was spacious, tv has English news channels. Level 7 has all the amenities like lounge for free coffee, ice and drinking water. Washing machine that cost 400yen and comes with detergent. Also dryer for 100yen per 30mins. Located next to Minatomi subway exit with access to Elevator. Walking distance to Chinatown.

The hotel is at perfect location, 4 stops to Yokohama Station by using Minatomirai Line. It also very near to Harbour, walking distance to Red Brick House. The room is big enough to open up 2 28inches luggages. Very comfortable stay and worth the price.

Wonderful place , nice to stay and enough space for families with young kids. Good location and the train station is next door . Wish to return and spend time here again. Thank you so much for all staff for good services….. Really enjoy with free nespresso coffee.

This hotel offers significantly better value for money than hotels in Tokyo or Osaka. I really love Yokohama, and last time I didn't get to stay here. Choosing to stay this time was a truly pleasant surprise, and my child loved it too. The location is excellent; it's a short walk to both Chinatown and Yamashita Park.

The ambiance is wonderful, and the location is also excellent. It's incredibly close to Minato Mirai and provides easy access to Tokyo, Kamakura, Kisarazu, and other areas. I'll definitely stay here again in the future, and I'd highly recommend it to my friends.

Our deluxe twin room was excellent. It was very well-equipped with all the necessary small appliances. Complimentary 24/7 water and coffee are available on the 7th floor. From Central Avenue Station, take Exit 4, and a direct elevator will take you straight to the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient. Just a heads-up: other exits do not have elevators to street level.

The hotel has only one major downside: the cleaning staff steal items. Although the stolen goods weren't of high value – just a bottle of sunscreen and a packet of jelly – I strongly advise all current and prospective guests to be vigilant with their valuables and avoid leaving them in easily accessible places.

My stay in the property was awesome! Everything 5 star, including the complementary coffees located on the lobby, lounge at 7th floor, and in room! The free ammenities are not only functional, but actually premium quality and their focus on sustainability makes it even better! The bed was big and comfortable with 4 pillows (2 firm and 2 soft). Toilet was huge when comparing to the usual Japanese hotel rooms. Location was fine, would love it better if it were located closer to chain Restaurants which not only affordable but also yummy, but otherwise fine (600-1km walk to the nearest chain restaurants).

no water in the fridge. no clothes for sleep. not many choices for breakfast. bad experience.
