The location is very centralize and near to restaurants and shopping streets in Yokohama. The staff are very polite and very helpful, which make me feel very privileged. The room is clean and ecologically following the nature saving regilayions.

Super nice and spacious room for a solo traveler and for the price! Should’ve stayed longer in Yokohama. The area is picturesque! Near a train station, konbini, local restos.

A comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The location was a 5 minute walk from the JR line. The hotel provided a decent selection of room amenities in the lobby with green tea. And coffee options for the drinks. The room was a decent size and clean. however the rooms were a little older, they had ample power points but didn't have any USB-A or C ports. They do provide 1 cable dongle with all types that can be used in the room.

The Richmond Hotel Yokohama-Bashamichi was spotless, conveniently located, and had exceptional service. The amenities were perfect, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for couples♥️

Convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby with walking distance

The room was very clean, and have lots of restaurants nearby..Just a few minutes walking to Yokohama cabin car ,cosmoworld ect.

The front desk was very helpful with planing and show the map to go around the city.The hotel was clean and the breakfast sets were very good.

Great hotel, nice staffs, check in was smooth and fast. Perfect for price value.

We reached at 1pm was told the check in time was 2pm. We came back at 2.10pm room not ready, we only got our room at 2.45pm . Check out time was 11am, when I requested to check out at 12noon I was told that if I am a hotel member it would be free. They would or should have enrol me as a member to give me the free late check out option. Instead the same lady that checked us in late charged us JPY1,000. Which I did bother to argue. Service in Japan now sucks especially with BIG cities!

Very nice stay, decent service

An older facility but no complaints. The location is within 10 minutes walking from 2 metro lines and 5 minutes walking from FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. There’s an excellent unagi restaurant one block over as well.

Good hotel. Location is easy to public bus, subway and JR. room is clean and silent
