Got upgraded to a much bigger room - much appreciated! Overall l, was a good stay. Room has its own hot spring tub and hotel provided the essentials. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is walking distance from the bus interchange and about 15 mins from the train station.

the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!

Room is clean but small. The chubby lady checking us in didn't show any hospitality. We checked in on an unbusy weekday, yet she put us in a room close to the main road with cars passing by with noises. The window insulation was poorly done, and not sound proof at all. The chubby lady never greeted us the whole time, not even a smile. Everytime we saw her, she turned her face, very cold. We didn't feel welcomed. When we checked out the next day, a different lady, much thinner and prettier, was very cheerful though. She was very polite. It would have been a nicer experience had we were served by her upon checking in.

Great value for money. The hotel is very new. Recommended to stay The room is quite big, the bathtub is also big, the hot spring is great If you come to Yilan, you can stay there. 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

The environment is more like a commercial hotel. It is clean, bright and well-lit overall. When I checked in in the afternoon, the sunlight came into the room, which was very comfortable. The bathtub is large, but there are steps and drainage grooves in the bathtub, so be careful when stepping on them. From the check-in lobby to the room, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly and polite.

The hotel rooms are large, very clean, enough for four people, the bathroom is larger, it is convenient for multiple people to use, the bathing pool is enough to use together, the hotel is also very quiet, no noise, very comfortable, will stay again next time

The cold wave hit just in time to celebrate my son's birthday and I chose this one. The TV upstairs in the cafe is mod and there are fewer programs for children to watch. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the space is quite large. It feels good to experience

It is very close to the Jiaoxi transfer station. You can walk there in 5 minutes. The environment is very quiet and not too far from the Jiaoxi city. The room facilities are very suitable for bathtubs. The hot water is discharged very quickly. It’s also hot enough and the bathing experience is great🎉. I will stay here again next time.

The quadruple room is large and very comfortable for three people! The light and warm quilts and comfortable hot springs make the entire vacation happy and beautiful. The lady at the counter was very kind and answered all my questions. We didn’t do any homework, they just introduced us where to go for a walk and where to solve the major issues in the Five Zang Temple, so we were so full every day that we went home and had to start losing weight again🤣🤣 Although the hotel did not provide breakfast, when we bought our breakfast, the lady kindly lent us plates and cups so that we could arrange a delicious breakfast by ourselves... and also helped us wash the dishes, which made me very touched. ! Although the location of this hotel is a bit remote and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to eat, the service is really good. I recommend that people who like quietness choose this hotel!

The waiter was very nice, the environment was good, the pool in the room can accommodate a family, the spring water is hot, buying things is far but convenient. Will stay again next time I have the chance.

The room is great, the space is large, and the hygiene is very clean. I booked a room without breakfast, but they still provided a simple breakfast. The whole hotel has the atmosphere of a hot spring hotel. Except that the alternation of hot and cold water is not that fast, there is nothing to be picky about.

The front desk service is very good❤️ The interior design and cleanliness of the room are also great! It's close to the train station. It takes about 3 minutes to get there~ It's my first time to go to Yilan. It's a very good experience. It happens to be my birthday. I booked the room type I like and I feel so good😻🫶🏻

The deluxe family room is spacious and comfortable, with bright lighting. There is enough room for two people to sit in the bathtub. It has a king-sized double bed, and four adults with a height of 180cm all slept well. The breakfast plan was not included in the reservation, but they were generously provided with breakfast. recommend!
