Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi) Reviews

We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

Top notch hotel with outstanding facilities

Very nice and clean hotel, with the ONSEN being built into the room itself, which is very convenient for couples. Bar fridge drinks and snacks are provided everyday during our stay at this hotel. Worth the price paid for the stay at this hotel.

Great with kids

Excellent stay in Jiaosi! The spa area is amazing with lots of options. Guests can feel free to join any diy workshops that have been scheduled and enjoy all the facilities, including KTV, gym room. Their buffet dinner and breakfast were great as well! Will definitely be back!

Too many facilities and programs that we could only enjoyed a few. I would suggest at least 2 night stay for best fulfilment. Nice outdoor onsen and in-room onsen.

We booked 3 rooms. The rooms have private hot spring. The hotel is a bit old and pricey. THowever, it has many faculty for family
