還沒入住，管家就提前聯繫，發來了酒店位置視頻；房間很舒服，因為碰上家人生日，幫忙準備了蛋糕還專門升級成套房；辦入住的時候已經是晚上了還貼心的準備了酸奶和小童拖鞋、洗漱用品，贊一個！帶個娃，吃飯點卡不準，酒店還幫忙熱飯菜！酒店景觀漂亮，非常值！下次來揚州依然選擇這裏！

酒店古色古香，室內配套齊全，有我最滿意的日式馬桶，人沒到，電話已經打過來介紹入住準備，還升級房間，到了後管家王偉馬上幫忙拿行李，進入房間幫忙開空調，電蚊香也插上電，怕被蚊蟲咬，每間房都預備了風油精，這次住的2房一廳房，一進門好傢伙，10幾瓶水放在客廳，還有4瓶依雲，咖啡機熱水壺俱備，管家還加了微信，有什麼事在外面查詢立馬回覆，還幫我收了幾件快遞，網紅酸奶也管夠，每天送4瓶，也不用在外面買了，哈哈。第二天還送了酒店摘的枇杷，還挺甜；快退房的時候女兒睡著了，申請延長退房時間也馬上同意了。揚州第一次來，感覺人好風景美，下次還會來，來的話還選這家！很少寫評論，這次是真高興，給大家強推一下。補充一句，酒店花園本身就像景點，最後我們旅拍也就在酒店搞掂了。

帶着孩子來揚州考試，就着東關街和瘦西湖訂了這家園林式賓館。
沒想到的是，服務態度特別好，細節做的很好，會提前聯繫告知停車方式和注意事項。
住在一樓，也是鮮少遇到的一樓一點也沒有黴味和蚊蟲的，衞生做的很棒！
還會贈送楊大酸奶，飲料和礦泉水也是隨意，公共場所放的零食裏的小餅乾特別好吃！

選擇了珍園酒店，園林式風格，景色很美，喜歡。離開時因為趕高鐵走的匆忙，沒來得及和老闆提個建議，就是衞生間裏配個化粧鏡或房間裏安個全身鏡會更好，女生會更喜歡。另外送的旅拍體驗感好。遇到的是女攝影師軒軒，很會指導，修圖也很棒，整個拍攝過程很開心。拍的太美，出片太多，選了很多照片留念，推薦哦！”

酒店的環境與服務人員都很貼心，雖然酒店不含早餐但是揚州不缺一頓豐富的早餐，出門不到五分鐘就有冶春，乾淨方便～因為行程安排來不及體驗贈送的拍照服務，但是基於這次非常滿意的體驗，下次來揚州還會選擇珍園

整體不錯，出行方便，停車便利，在老區能有獨立停車位不容易，院子比較小，但維護的很好，很乾凈。服務人員很熱情，有問必答，能給出很好的出行建議，晚上很安靜，床不錯，可以睡的比較好。
