"從民宿的名稱和價格來看，此處定位在中高端。但從實際的三晚居住體驗而言，給3分。首先，全屋未裝地暖，客廳安裝國產普通空調，噪音較大。客廳還有一壁爐式暖風機，功率有限，吹風時噪音也很明顯。客廳娛樂設施為一部投影，清晰度尚可，可觀看內容也很豐富，主流三平台，騰訊，愛奇藝，優酷都可使用會員權益，值得肯定！遺憾的是，投影儀噪音也很明顯。其次，卧室的通風采光條件有限。這固然有老城區，受制於老街巷地理環境的客觀因素，但沒有新風系統，的確屬於主觀疏忽！如果不開空調，在這個季節，濕氣明顯，床褥感覺潮潮的。開了空調，噪音問題就會出現，而且由於是普通空調，沒有環境感應功能，吹久了太乾，關了又感覺有點冷。再次，就是衞生間，撇開三卧的設計，衹有一個衞生間的問題。最讓人詫異的是，衞生間內沒有任何取暖設備！而且，使用的是三個小容量電熱水器！一次衹能滿足一人的用水。再次使用需要等待20分鐘以上。沐浴用品皆是非主流品牌。最後，説一下服務。客房清潔沒有每天都做，問了房東，回饋居然是阿姨太忙忘記了！卧室牆面和飄窗上有明顯污漬，也未清理，還把清掃工具放在台盆邊上，觀感很差。至於其他細節也就不一一贅述了。"
