The front desk is very friendly and informative. She helped to recommend many places to eat and visit. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer that guest can use too.

酒店位置在東關街邊，停車不方便。
酒店服務較好，但酒店衞生和設施非常需要提升和完善。
酒店整體燈光昏暗，房間桌子上都是灰，衞生堪憂。
房間櫃子都裂縫了，缺乏基本的品質，入住體驗差。
在揚州住這家漫心後，感覺以後都不會住漫心了。

房間面積大，適合一家住。酒店離東關街，綵衣街特別近，去瘦西湖也方便。服務人員很熱情，告訴哪家早茶好吃，哪家淮揚菜比較正宗，每次遇到主動打招呼。五層有一個小花園，晚上可以拍拍照。
但早餐比較簡單，沒什麼品種，花錢買的話，不太值。

酒店位置非常好出行方便，周圍都是熱門東關街綵衣街國慶路東圈門皮市街。在美食如林的揚州，酒店的早餐也超預期，陽春麪、菜粥很不錯。前台和保安很熱情，下雨點打傘出門迎客，還幫我們微波爐加熱食品。
