Maybe the place is not fantastic but the price and the location to hiking definitely deserve a 5 stars. The hotel owner is very friendly to answer all the questions and no forced consumption like other places in Yangshuo.
Something I do not like about Yangshuo is that many people come in front offering to sell a tour package at a high price . The hotel owner is free and easy to talk to.
Transportation would be a problem for those who are from XingPing town. The road from the port to the hotel is about 40mins - 1 hour , may need to call DiDi or car service. A backpacker like me is not an issue.
The Da Mao mount is beside the resort and other popular mount surrounded by the resort.

The place is amazing, gives your a camping feeling. Literally at the foot of the trail so that's even better.

爬大面山來住這太方便了老闆還幫忙組隊，很安全在這裏住爬山還是免費的！從興坪古鎮坐渡船過來碼頭有個飯店放着這個店家的電動！免費騎上來的！超級nice！爬完山老闆還留粉給你吃香香！分量很足！

今天8月14日早上去爬了大面山，太值了！（看圖）
昨晚住休閑閣孩子要的帳篷，經歷了雷電交加，難得的親身體驗，一定不能忘懷。值得一提的是廖老闆一家人非常好，熱情待客，落下了一個茶杯，還過河送到碼頭酒店，為他們的純樸點贊！還會回來的再見！再次謝謝廖哥！

老闆和員工們都是非常的好客的，在交談和生活便利上給了我莫大的幫助，休閑無聊時可以在後花園靜聽小溪在巖洞裏流出，對了，聽説帳篷酒店將會全部加上竹蓆子，晚上就會更舒服涼快啦
