I went there hoping for a high score, but aside from the excellent service from the front desk lady, there's really nothing to recommend. I'm not sure how they earned such a high score. Ctrip disappointed me greatly this time; the rating was so mediocre. First, I specifically requested a lower floor (no elevator), but upon arrival, we were assigned to the fourth or fifth floor. The lady was unhelpful, and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Second, we requested two room cards, but were only given one. They said the policy only allowed one, and that if that wasn't possible, guests could request an additional power card. How could two people not be in sync? It's simply to save electricity; why would they have an extra power card without a strong request? Third, the balconies of the two twin rooms faced the street, and once the balcony doors were opened, smoke from barbecues billowed into the room. Fourth, the floor drain wasn't working and smelled, and the hot water was inconsistent. Finally, there were cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting. This was my most unsatisfactory stay, and the only time I've left a review without having to complain.

I came to Yangshuo because of its reputation. I booked a B&B on Ctrip and checked in that afternoon. The owner is a handsome retired brother who is very enthusiastic. It is understood that the owner is a veteran who returned to his hometown to start a business. The environment is very quiet and the sanitary facilities are pretty good, especially I like the balcony outside this B&B. When you open the window, you can see the beautiful scenery on the opposite side. When I travel, I want to have a quiet rest environment. I followed Xiaohongshu and didn’t do any strategies, but I learned The handsome boss is also a tour guide. On his recommendation, we visited many beautiful scenery, such as Eternal Love, Ruyi Peak, bamboo raft rides, etc. to avoid stepping on the thunder 😎. It is not far from the B&B to West Street, and West Street is very beautiful at night. Beautiful. If friends come to Yangshuo next time, this is a B&B worth recommending.
