It was a very convenient hotel. Near the city center, We were happy with the room upgrade, simple breakfast, and overflowing water, coffee and snacks. Although it's not luxurious, but it has all the necessities. They even have a small treadmill enough to burn the extra calories you have consumed for the day and free laundry. However, the hotel needs new carpets, especially their corridors. It gives that smell of ancient times and what not, the evidence of their service.

The hotel staff were really nice, the hotel location is ideal!
We did not use the swimming pool as it is very small.

Location is great, very close to the old city. Given the fact that this is a franchise of an international group, we were expecting a more international "flavor" from the reception staff all the way down to the TV system (very poor!). Bonus point for the terrace on the 6th floor, with impeccable views but there was supposed to have a coffee/lounge there...where did it go? All in all, good enough for a night sleep but should improve a few things to match its international credentials.

New and clean room, located in a prime area. Laundry room is decent. Other guests were smoking in the hallway though.
