To summarize, the scenery and facilities of the hotel are really great, the size and layout of the rooms are really comfortable to live in, and the garden architecture is really beautiful! This is the best! It goes deep into my heart! Disadvantages: The service awareness is slightly worse than that of other Banyan Tree Hotels, or far worse. I often go to the Banyan Tree in Hainan, and the service is really warm, timely and responsive! In comparison, this place feels a bit aloof, so there is a bit of a gap. Let's be honest, the head of the bed really needs to be improved. My husband and I were injured in this room. We bumped into it three times, which is hard to avoid. My husband got a small cut and it was bleeding. I've kept the photos for now. It will be ok as long as the wound heals and there's no infection! But I am very grateful that the hotel sent Band-Aids and iodine as soon as possible! We don't want to have a bad time out there. In fact, if half of the hardware in the room is damaged, the hotel will be held responsible! When checking out, I was given a small skin care product as an apology.

The hotel is very nice and the holiday experience exceeded expectations. It is a hotel that can be regarded as a holiday destination rather than a place to sleep for a short night. The villa along the Li River is highly recommended for family travel, with a good view and a comfortable and cozy yard~
