服務一般，辦理入住很麻煩，明明前台有好幾個人，非要出來外面用自助辦理來辦理入住，感覺協助我們入住的還是一個新手，很多方面都不熟練，沒帶身份證用電子證件，必須強制註冊酒店的會員才可以辦理入住，房間隔音一般般一晚上都有車流的聲音。衞生一般，地板有明顯灰塵，不過海陵島還是挺好玩的

房間佈局的沙發作用相對來説是比較大的，對於出差的我來説感覺上不是很適用，建議可以考慮配置一張座椅搭配桌子來用

全季酒店果然不會讓人失望，極度舒適和衞生的環境讓人心曠神怡，酒店的早餐也相當的美味😋

2018年裝修/開業的，略有點舊但是還可以接受。 早餐、服務也都保持了全季的水準，有洗衣服務，有一台跑步機一台單車機，但也有雷點: 首先，熱水供應有問題，洗澡超過5分鐘熱水就開始不穩定，時冷時熱的。 其次，也是最讓人震驚的是準備睡覺掀開被子發現床上有衹小強，這就有點無法接受了… 這兩點很難讓人再選這家店。

第一次在亞朵和全季間做選擇，享受到了不同待遇，取消了亞朵選擇來了全季，同樣一個地方，不同的服務態度👍 這家3.5版本設施確實舊了點，但是沖前台姐姐們態度，我給99分！ 終於嘗試到了傳聞中的鳳梨酥，黑金蘇，拿到了香薰、小梳子，夜宵點心～😘 很開心～
