Came here during the Qingming Festival and was very satisfied with the hotel service.
1. I especially like the hotel service. Several groups came here. The hotel helped upgrade the chess and card leisure room, which is suitable for gatherings. 1. There is no self-service laundry room. When I almost lost my clothes while doing laundry, I ran to the front desk, and the relevant person in charge shied away from responsibility, which caused high communication costs;
2. The cleaning aunt basically ignored the room sign at the door indicating whether to clean or not. I chose ”no cleaning yet” but when I came back in the evening, I still found that the aunt came in to clean;
3. The overall service attitude at the front desk is so-so, because the front desk was not very active and enthusiastic for a few days, but this is not too demanding.
3. The Wifi signal quality is not very good.
Summary: There are some shortcomings, but based on the price, it is generally reasonable.

Very good hotel, the hotel facilities are very new, the location is first-class, downstairs is the Water Margin Museum and the Salt Capital Museum, next door is the Golden Eagle Commercial Center, eating, drinking and entertainment are all available.

The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding.
Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

DDongfangdienOriginally thinking about the Huazhu Club gold card to book the Mercure next to it, I took the discount of Yancheng Cultural Tourism. I saw the evaluation here very well, and the front desk was very nice to help upgrade the room. The overall satisfaction was quite satisfactory. The swimming pool was not open. After check-in, villagers will be led to the home. The first one, because there is no independent twin room in the house, I wanted to check out, but the front desk asked the villager to bring the ”two trees” homestay.
In fact, at the beginning, I refused to live in someone else's house. I always felt inconvenient, but I thought of going there, so let's experience it.
The boss and the proprietress of ”two trees” are very kind, (the previous is also very simple and kind, I did not expect it to be a room without a bathroom, the luggage was taken upstairs, when I couldn't say, the couple didn't have any complaints, still took my luggage downstairs and sent me).
Then talk about the experience of living for these two days. I have eaten and lived in the ”two trees” for the past two days. The boss and the proprietress are very attentive and considerate. After I went to the ”Red Crane Wetland” to play, I returned to the beautiful boss of the hotel and cooked the food. The capable beauty fried dishes are delicious. I ate a large plate of fried gourds by myself.

The room is warm and elegant, full of natural atmosphere, you can see the green forest when you open the window, and the feeling of being awakened by birds in the morning is too healing. When you order takeout, a robot will deliver it to the room. There is also Aunt Chen Cuiming in the room. She has a good service attitude and is very kind. When our room card expired and could not be swiped, Aunt Chen took the initiative to help us swipe the card to open the door. If I didn't see the hair dryer, Aunt Chen would immediately come to the room to tell me where it is. The Golden Eagle is downstairs, which is convenient for walking the kids and shopping. GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant journey. The service staff contacted in advance to ask what help was needed. The hotel is located in the East Jinshuicheng Scenic Spot of Dalong Lake. Take the shuttle bus from the visitor center to the lobby for check-in. We booked the Kaiyuan Resort Hotel. In the building, it is more convenient. Thanks to the lady at the front desk for helping us upgrade our room. When we arrived at the hotel, everyone was very tired and missed the water show and light show in the scenic spot, but the night scene at night was particularly beautiful. The breakfast fish soup noodles and fish soup ravioli are very characteristic of Yancheng. The lunch in the Chinese restaurant is full of color and fragrance. The elderly and children say that it is worth having the opportunity to play again in the future.
