"The resort is generally very beautiful and highly rated, whether for location or cleanliness. Children will have a great time, and there are many activities for them within the resort. However, I was surprised that the women's gym doesn't open in the morning. I need to exercise at the beginning of my day, and no one had a key to the gym. It wasn't until noon that an employee arrived, and we found the air conditioning was broken. I hope they fix this."

"The room was indeed high-end for us who had just come from Ora. However, it was all show and no substance. The hot water ran out after ten minutes, and the hair dryer didn't work after a few minutes. Although it was fixed later, the shelf in the toilet was broken, and the clothes hung on the clothesline fell to the floor..."
