I called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. There was a karaoke bar and a foot massage parlor downstairs, making check-in awkward. The karaoke music was too loud! I forgot to swipe my card, and it took 15 minutes to get them to come up and open the door! What kind of service is this?! The room cleaning staff either forgot to provide towels or didn't put in bottled water! When I checked out, the front desk staff had changed, and I kept calling them, but they hung up and kept calling back to ask if I was extending my stay or canceling. This resulted in me being caught speeding and fined 200 yuan for answering the phone!"

I booked the room with high expectations because of the "Deluxe King Bed," but after taking a taxi for a few dozen yuan late at night, they told me the room wasn't available and I needed an upgrade, but it was on the first floor. I said I wanted the room I booked, and they said someone had booked it for a month. If someone already booked it, why was it still on the first floor?! They changed the bed to a round bed and said it was an upgrade, even though the price was the same. It was originally around 70 yuan, but they quoted over 100 yuan, saying Ctrip made a mistake. Don't they know their own hotel's pricing? They immediately changed the price to over 140 yuan, which is ridiculous! I planned to stay two nights, and after this, who's in a good mood… It was past 12:30 or 1:00 AM, and the young woman was alone with no hot water. She had to call to be moved to another room. Why didn't they change it from the beginning? For those planning to book later, please keep your eyes open and don't be fooled by appearances!"
