I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)"

They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! "I won't post pictures; the other reviews are all real photos. First of all, the house is fantastic! Each room has a private bathroom, and the rooms and courtyard are very clean! The rooftop is great for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night. The kitchen is fully equipped; I even cooked hot pot for myself that evening. Brother Niu Er was incredibly hospitable; he knew everything and was always there to help. Sister-in-law Er's breakfast was also delicious, especially the tofu! In short, I'll definitely come back to Yuntai Mountain again and stay here again."
