"Cleanliness: I smelled moldy after opening the door. I opened the window and turned on the air conditioner at full blast for a while, but the smell was still strong. Amenities: After 1 a.m., the air conditioner's outdoor unit kept making a clanging sound, and it didn't stop until after 4 a.m. Service: When I went out to eat, it started raining. I went to the front desk to ask for an umbrella, but the elderly waiter coldly replied, "We don't have any!" I said, "I'm staying here." The elderly waiter coldly replied, "Our guests don't have any either." Not to mention whether a hotel of this level should have spare umbrellas, this attitude alone is unacceptable. Food: I wanted noodles for breakfast, but the waiter said the chef was off duty. I was so disappointed! Surroundings: You have to walk over a kilometer to eat nearby. Overall experience: The service, cleanliness, and food are absolutely worth the price!"
