Had a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

The service is super good. The moment we reached, the hotel attendants came and help carry our luggages from the taxi to the lobby then to our rooms. They also helped to receive parcels. Throughout our 3 nights stay, whenever we needed advice, they are there for us. The rooms are clean, location is good, near MRT.

Clean and tidy, with trees visible from the window, and a small balcony. The young boss was very enthusiastic and helped us take our suitcases to the room. The hotel is very clean. It is my favorite house I have stayed in during my one-month trip to the south. We can see the small courtyard of this store on Sunlight Rock. There is a swimming pool. It is the best one on Gulangyu Island. I love it. I renewed the lease for one day because I like it. It’s good or not, needless to say! Love this hotel, the view from the room is just amazing! The swimming pool is very big and so beautiful ! The Italian restaurant downstairs is good Will go again for sure!

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The room had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for those on short business trips, stay vacation or a meet up with the extended family. The beach is in walking distance with fun coastal cafes, bars and bowling alley.

Stayed at Conrad Xiamen for 3 nights. The room is superb, spacious, clean and cosy. What impressed me was their service as well— with turn down service for the room and delightful desserts every night (which I really look forward to this little surprises for the three nights) which really sweeten the nights. Having stayed at 42nd floor, the view was amazing. Had really comfortable sleep throughout the stay. Had tried the indoor swimming pool too. - 🙏👏👏👏 The service staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the service crew Ms Shaheen Zhu and Mr Owen. They made the check in and check out process smooth and seamless. In fact, all the service crew were very friendly. I will really really want to stay in this hotel again. 😍😍😍 Thank you Conrad for the hospitality. May happiness be with everyone of you.

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017) the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly. Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette..... the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

This is a very nice peaceful, relaxing hotel. These are basically villas right on the other side of the road from the ocean. Very nice staff, very comfortable place.
